UK Delivery

We use royal mail special delivery for all orders shipped to the UK

All orders are fully insured, shipping will cost £12

Orders will be delivered within 1 - 2 days.

EU Delivery

For orders to the EU, shipping will cost £25.

Orders will be delivered within 3 - 5 days.

USA/ROW Delivery

For orders to the USA and the rest of the world, shipping will cost £25.

Orders will be delivered within 5 - 7 days.

Personalised & Resized Items

Personalised & resized items can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched.

Duties & Taxes

For deliveries to countries outside of the UK, the price you pay on Thirteen Popes will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must pay these duties and taxes directly to our courier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP (Delivery At Place) order.

For all orders you assume all risk of confiscation en-route. If customs should confiscate or return the merchandise to us, you are still responsible for all shipping charges including return shipping charges.

Insurance

Your jewellery will be delivered fully insured and will arrive beautifully gift wrapped, packaged in a discreet plain brown box.

Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, and photographic ID may be required. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a note and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
