UK RETURNS
We are pleased to offer a free returns service. Simply email us at contact@thirteenpopes.com and we will send you a pre-paid DHL return label so you can drop off the package to your nearest DHL Service Point.
US, EU & INT RETURNS
Return your item to the below address, we recommend sending your return on a tracked service. Then email us at contact@thirteenpopes.com to notify us of your return and tracking number.

RESIZE GUARANTEE
If you order a ring and it's not quite the right size, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide complimentary ring resizing.
*please be aware that certain products can not be resized*
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following products cannot be returned:
• Products that are personalised, bespoke, altered or otherwise made to your specification. Please note this does not include made to order items which have had no customisation or items which have been re-sized.
• Pierced earrings
• Any other items designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase
FAULTY ITEMS
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a manufacturing fault within a period of 12 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
We are only able to exchange faulty items for the same item subject to availability. To return a faulty item, please email contact@thirteenpopes.com.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be made within 14 days of the receipt of returned items. All undamaged correctly returned products will be credited to the purchaser's original payment method, including sales taxes.
In the event of any failure to return goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. Returns must be returned in one shipment, any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges.
Thirteen Popes will not accept returns of any items that have been worn and/or labels removed. Upon receipt of your order, if any item is without tags, you must notify us (by email) if you wish to return. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them using a tracked shipping service.
