Bespoke Jewellery
Transform your ideas into a dream piece with our bespoke service. Whether it’s a ring, pendant or earrings, our highly skilled team will work with you every step of the way, to turn your ideas into a beautifully crafted item.
Throughout the consultation period, you will receive preliminary sketches, as well as custom-made 3D renders of your jewellery, so you can truly visualise your piece before its made.
A deposit fee will be required to start a custom piece, this will be discussed and settled when we provide your quote

Complimentary Resizing
If you order a ring and it's not quite the right size, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide complimentary ring resizing by one size up or down.
Resizing is done In-house, by us.
Simply reach out to contact@thirteenpopes.com and we can arrange for the ring to be sent back to us to be collected, resized, and safely delivered back to you.

Warranty
Thirteen Popes guarantees a warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
We are happy to provide a certificate of authenticity or valuation for your piece upon request. Simply email us at contact@thirteenpopes.com and provide your receipt of purchase
Repairs and Cleaning
Caring for your Thirteen Popes jewellery can be simple when following a few simple steps to avoid damage. Explore our Jewellery Care Guide.
Should you need a repair for your piece, we are here to help. Our in-house workshop will able to repair your jewellery and restore it to like-new quality.
If your jewellery is in need of a little TLC, it can be brought back to life with a professional clean. please contact us to arrange a tracked shipment to our workshop, on the Isle of Wight
Personalisation
We offer complimentary engraving on most rings, especially Signet Rings and Wedding Bands; allowing you to add a personal touch to a meaningful piece.
Why not add a memorable date, nickname, or phrase to make your piece truly unique. Your message will be engraved on the inner part of the band, for up to 16 characters.

Worldwide Delivery and Returns
We use royal mail special delivery for all orders shipped to the UK, shipping will cost £12
For orders to the EU, shipping will cost £25
For orders to the USA and the rest of the world, shipping will cost £25.
Your Jewellery will be delivered fully insured by our expert couriers and will arrive beautifully gift wrapped, packaged in a discreet plain brown box. All orders are fully insured.
